  • Impingement Tunnel Freezer
    Wolfking impingement tunnel freezer uses high velocity jets of air to directly blow at the top and bottom surfaces of product, and quickly reduce the outer temperature. Impingement cold air-jets remove the static surface boundary layer that surrounds the product resulting in a very fast freezing, small ice crystals and thus high product quality, minimizing dehydration loss.

  • Brine Freezer
    Brine shower freezing system is a compact and high-performance fast freezing system. In fisheries, it is ideal for quick freezing of shrimp, whitebait, squid and sardines or similar products after fishing. These aquatic products can be frozen to - 12 - 14 ℃ in 7 - 10 minutes after being sprayed with sodium chloride through a tunnel in a perforated frame. Subsequently, the products go into the -35℃ air cooled tunnel which is further frozen the products to below -18 ℃.
    The Brine is the most effective and economical way for the freezing of aquatic products. The heat transfer rate is fast and the freezing time is reduced to a surprising degree. The fiber and cell wall are not broken at freezing. The appearance of the final frozen product is better and the dehydration weight is small. The product won’t lose its nutrients and maintains a good sensory quality and fresh look.
  • Self-stacking Spiral Freezer
    The self-stacking spiral freezer is a compact and hygienic freezer design. Compared to the traditional low tension spiral freezer, the self-stacking spiral freezer eliminates the rails supporting the belt, that means up to 50% more freezing output with the same foot print.
